Today, health record systems in Sweden use a variety of incompatible formats and development environments, which complicates healthcare work. eWeave Core is based on the OpenEHR information model, which is an international standard for how health record data can be stored and reused, thus providing a bridge between different system vendors. eWeave Core consists of unique tools for building health record systems for all types of healthcare services. Scalable for all types of healthcare organisations

eWeave Core is a framework that provides functions and services for the needs that are generic to all healthcare organizations. Any unique needs that exist in specialist care, are complemented by the development of customised apps. Some examples are BHV, Growth and Provacc. External apps can also be added and used in the work.

Build with OpenEHR archetypes and templates

TheeWeave Core works like a construction box with different blocks and tools. The blocks are Open EHR-based archetypes with fields with specified properties and functions. The fields can be provided with attributes and standardized with terminologies such as Snomed CT, ICF, etc. Data can be exported in different formats, reused and thus made system-independent.

Save time with a fast and intuitive interface

The interface is simple, with short movements in the same layer, minimising the number of mouse clicks. Through a developed indexing service, previous notes can be kept in view at all times, as new health data is recorded.

Create automated individual activity plans 

National and local care programmes and care pathways have been developed to improve the quality of care. In Core, there is a developed tool for the production of customised forms, which act as a reminder, and can be rolled out in the calendar and activity list at the touch of a button

Design intelligent forms

Forms can be made more readable by colouring them. Form functions can be built in to support logical choices in e.g. questionnaires, make calculations and interpret different algorithms. Each saved step and movement, is captured in a new version until signing.

Work flexibly in the cloud

Core is cloud-based and can be accessed from any browser. The latest developments in browser technology are regularly deployed, enabling, for example, speech recognition functionality. System operation can be done via our web service, or own servers.
